Design and implement Workday solutions for clients, leading the system development lifecycle from discovery to deployment. Advise on architectural decisions to ensure solutions align with industry best practices and client-specific requirements.
Responsibilities
- Understand client business processes and requirements to design tailored Workday solutions
- Develop a comprehensive Workday architecture, including module selection and data mapping
- Configure Workday system settings and workflows to match client specifications
- Guide clients through project phases like discovery, design, and deployment
- Provide expert advice on Workday features and best practices
- Create training materials and user guides for end-users and administrators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project expectations
- Identify areas for improvement within Workday implementations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll)
- Experience with system design, configuration, and implementation
- Knowledge of data integration and mapping techniques
- Familiarity with industry best practices and Workday configuration standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management experience in leading implementation projects
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements
