Applications Engineering Manager

About This Role

Lead initiatives to design and deploy advanced audio systems, ensuring usability and technical accuracy. Drive innovative audio technology that enhances the listening experience for high-end markets across multiple projects including Performance, Sports, and Themed Entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and review preliminary recommendations, equipment packages, and pricing to enhance the brand and drive revenue.
• Work with teams to review audio designs and system bid proposals for technical accuracy.
• Collaborate with other sales teams to support system designs.
• Support consultants and engineers with audio system designs.
• Present educational content to system designers.
• Coordinate projects with team members and clients across various time zones.
• Help track opportunities via CRM and support integrators with system commissioning.

Requirements

• 5+ years in the professional audio industry
• Experience with audio system design and deployment
• Project Management and/or Bid Estimating experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with 3D acoustic modeling software
• Ability to read and understand construction documents
• Self-motivated with productive home-office capabilities
