Senior PLM Consultant

About This Role

This role is for a Senior PLM Consultant to join a professional solutions team, providing advanced technical expertise for various projects throughout their lifecycle. This position involves engaging with clients to assess software needs and designing tailored solutions, ultimately influencing the software lifecycle and improving product management processes for large manufacturing companies globally.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical expertise and support for various projects throughout their lifecycle
• Engage with clients to assess software needs and design tailored solutions
• Influence the software life cycle and improve product management processes for manufacturing companies
• Deliver high-quality PLM solutions
• Participate in a collaborative team environment
• Lead and execute project plans/activities
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides

Requirements

• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of and experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM
• Experience configuring the Teamcenter data model (BMIDE)
• Experience in Teamcenter workflow development
• Strong knowledge of CAD integrations with Siemens Teamcenter
• Working knowledge of best practices in Teamcenter Bill of Material management and change management
• Ability to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter in a manufacturing environment
