About This Role

Drive sales of wireless solutions by overseeing and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Pros across multiple retail locations. Recruit, coach, and develop the team to achieve sales and business goals, while also acting as a player-coach to model top-tier sales techniques.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations
  • Drive recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business goals
  • Motivate and empower teams to consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
  • Act as a player-coach, modeling top-tier sales techniques and training practices
  • Execute strategic recruitment and retention plans to maintain a high-performing, customer-focused workforce
  • Demonstrate professionalism, strong work ethic, and determination while fostering collaboration with Premium, the client, and in-store leadership

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Driven to learn about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions

Nice to Have

  • Two years of experience in sales and consistently surpassing sales objectives
  • Prior leadership experience
  • Knack for all things wireless
