Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Professionals across multiple retail locations, driving recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business goals. Motivate and empower teams to consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators within the wireless category.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a team of Wireless Sales Pros across 3-4 retail locations
- Drive recruitment, coaching, and development to achieve sales and business goals
- Motivate and empower teams to consistently exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Act as a player-coach, modeling top-tier sales techniques and training practices
- Execute strategic recruitment and retention plans to maintain a high-performing workforce
- Demonstrate professionalism, strong work ethic, and determination
- Foster collaboration with Premium, the client, and in-store leadership
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Demonstrated excellence in multitasking, demand management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, consistently surpassing sales objectives is an asset. Prior leadership experience preferred.
