Lead the end-to-end supply chain for Advanced Therapies brands, from raw materials to patient delivery, focusing on customer centricity, reliability, cost efficiency, and performance. You will define strategic direction, manage investments, and mitigate risks, partnering across functions to ensure product strategy alignment and successful execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead Global, Cross-functional, Multidisciplinary Value Chain Teams (VCTs) with full accountability for value optimization and supply reliability for products
- Map the Value Chain and define the supply chain strategic direction
- Create and maintain the Product Strategy Roadmap
- Prepare business cases for prioritization and securing funding for investments
- Deliver approved plans using strong project management skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Identify, mitigate, and communicate supply chain risks to JSC management and Compound Development Teams (CDT)
- Integrate commercial strategy and customer needs into product supply chain strategy and product life cycle management plans
- Lead Issue Management Teams to mitigate risks and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Build strong interdependent partnerships and manage communication effectively with key stakeholders in JRD, JSC, Commercial, and GCSO organizations
- Lead strategic integration of critical supply chain programs, balancing supply, new market launch, capacity expansion, and COGs reduction
- Represent JSC in the CDT, CMC, Global Commercial Teams, IBVTs and Disease Area Strongholds
- Mentor and provide feedback to VCT members, helping resolve technical and business conflicts
- Drive innovative ways and concepts to achieve sustainable and customer-centric solutions
Requirements
- A minimum of bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 10 years of related experience
- Experience in Manufacturing, Global Planning, Quality/Regulatory, Commercial, and other cross-functional business processes common to the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry
- Insight in End-to-End supply chain characteristics and understanding of financial processes such as business case development, P&L calculation and COGS
- Understanding of business requirements and supply chain product metrics, with ability to improve supply chain metrics
- Experience in leading multifunctional, 'virtual' and global teams to success
Qualifications
- A minimum of bachelor's degree required. A master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of related experience is required
