Lead the strategic direction for technology supporting Distribution capabilities in North America and LATAM, and the global Device Circularity strategy within Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. This role involves aligning product strategy, roadmap, technical capabilities, and delivery to achieve current and future business goals, collaborating with senior business and technology leaders.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the overall strategic direction for technology supporting Distribution capabilities in North America & LATAM
- Responsible for the overall strategic direction for Device Circularity strategy globally
- Align product strategy, roadmap, technical capabilities, and delivery with current and future business goals
- Collaborate with Senior Business and Technology Leaders to identify, prioritize, and ensure consistent product delivery with quality
- Drive measurable value aligned to business strategy through a mix of leadership, business, and technical acumen
- Drive a culture of innovation with a focus on developing talent
- Ensure team members are current with emerging industry and technology trends
- Modernize technology to enable an integrated customer experience in line with autonomous supply chain strategy
- Partner across Supply Chain and Commercial organizations to understand customer needs and problems
- Implement user-centric, industry-leading strategies in design and rapid prototyping to deliver Minimal Viable Products with speed and agility
Requirements
- Experience in digital and emerging technology with demonstrated results
- 7+ years of IT product management including process improvement, customer centric design thinking, technical solutioning
- Strong Business Acumen & Communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with business partners to understand business requirements and define a data and analytics strategy and associated capabilities
- Strong leadership experience in building highly effective, collaborative teams with strong track record of successful delivery
Qualifications
- 7+ years of IT product management including process improvement, customer centric design thinking, technical solutioning is required
