User Experience Analyst

About This Role

The User Experience Analyst will support the product testing process by gathering user data, identifying trends, and generating insights to inform product development and improvements, specifically within the consumer lending offerings.

Responsibilities

• Create survey instruments and focus group frameworks with key stakeholders
• Establish methodologies for collecting both qualitative and quantitative customer data
• Use data to understand user needs and behaviors
• Collect and analyze customer data from surveys, sales data, and market research reports
• Develop data-driven recommendations for product improvements
• Advise product teams on optimal data collection approaches
• Present findings to stakeholders through clear reports and presentations
• Evaluate the performance of existing products and features

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a customer insight analyst or user research role
• Experience with survey design and qualitative research methodologies
• Strong statistical analysis skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years’ experience in a customer insight analyst or user research role
