Treatment Coordinator

About This Role

The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for educating new patients on available orthodontic treatment options and financial arrangements, fostering strong relationships, and assisting in local marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on treatment options
• Understand and explain practice policy on financial arrangements and payment options
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment
• Prepare for patient exams
• Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment to maintain full schedules
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists for pre-treatment care as necessary
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers
• Excellent sales skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry required
