Treatment Coordinator

About This Role

Educate new patients about available orthodontic treatment options, manage financial arrangements, and build strong relationships with patients as part of a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on treatment options
• Educate patients on payment options and financial policies
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment
• Prepare for patient exams
• Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment and maintain full schedules
• Coordinate with specialists for patient care prior to treatment, as necessary
• Assist in local store marketing and community events

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry
• Outgoing, approachable, and empathetic personality
• Proactive and adaptable work style
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent sales skills
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry required
