Responsibilities
- Manage patients' full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance
- Successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment
- Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from the first appointment to the last
Requirements
- 1-2 years front office experience in a medical environment
- Computer literate
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment
Nice to Have
- QSI/Denticon experience
- Bilingual
- Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs of services
