The Treatment Coordinator manages the full patient cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance at a dental office. This role involves communicating financial planning and available options for proposed treatments, guiding patients to achieve a happy and healthy smile.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients' full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance
• Successfully communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment
• Lead patients to a happy and healthy smile from the first appointment to the last

Requirements

• 1-2 years front office experience in a medical environment
• Computer literate

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years front office experience in a medical environment

Nice to Have

• QSI/Denticon experience
• Bilingual
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and discussing costs of services
