Treatment Coordinator

About This Role

The Treatment Coordinator will educate new patients on orthodontic treatment options, manage financial arrangements, and build strong relationships within the Zambrano Orthodontics team.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on treatment options
• Educate patients on their payment options according to practice policy
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment
• Prepare for patient exams
• Follow up with patients to set up consultations or begin treatment and maintain full schedules
• Coordinate care for patients referred to specialists prior to treatment
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers
• Excellent sales skills
• Outgoing, Approachable, and Empathetic
• Proactive and adaptable
• Excellent written and verbal skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry
