Treatment Coordinator

About This Role

The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for educating new patients on available orthodontic treatment options and financial arrangements. This role focuses on building strong relationships with patients and assisting with local marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Present orthodontic treatment plans and educate patients on treatment options
• Understand and explain practice's financial policies and payment options to patients
• Work pending reports and follow up with potential patients to schedule treatment
• Prepare for patient exams and consultations
• Coordinate patients referred to specialists for pre-treatment care
• Assist in Local Store Marketing and community events

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year experience in sales or service industry
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with patients and coworkers
• Excellent sales skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outgoing, approachable, and empathetic personality
• Proactive and adaptable

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; College education preferred
• Minimum one (1) year experience in sales or other service industry required
