This role provides essential direct department support by acquiring transportation authorizations and coordinating related services for various travel modes, including emergent, non-emergent, charter, and scheduled commercial travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct department support for acquiring transportation authorization
- Coordinate related services for all modes of travel (emergent, non-emergent, charters, and scheduled commercial)
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year working in customer service field with computers
- One (1) year working in Microsoft Office
- Basic office equipment and computers proficiency
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
- Typing 30 words per minute
Qualifications
