About This Role

This role provides essential direct department support by acquiring transportation authorizations and coordinating related services for various travel modes, including emergent, non-emergent, charter, and scheduled commercial travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct department support for acquiring transportation authorization
• Coordinate related services for all modes of travel (emergent, non-emergent, charters, and scheduled commercial)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year working in customer service field with computers
• One (1) year working in Microsoft Office
• Basic office equipment and computers proficiency
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written, communication and interpersonal skills
• Typing 30 words per minute

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year working in customer service with computers; 1 year working in Microsoft Office
