About This Role

The SRC Dental Case Manager is responsible for front office management, including dental training, scheduling, reception, and patient registration. This role coordinates case management support and care for clients, ensuring appointments and follow-ups are managed efficiently for dental services. The position also supports meeting census, revenue, and treatment goals by coordinating with various dental staff and providers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations for dental services including training, scheduling, patient reception, and registration.
  • Take 100% responsibility for Dental error reports and ensure timely corrections.
  • Enforce the use of Dental application for scheduling and DHAT coding.
  • Coordinate maintenance and updates for Dental ports (adding/removing).
  • Provide case management support and care coordination to clients for dental services.
  • Coordinate appointments and follow-up for patients requiring recall, treatment plans, or routine exams.
  • Collaborate with SRC Operations Managers, DHAT’s, Dental Assistants, and Hospital Dental Providers to achieve census, revenue, and treatment goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of dental experience with emphasis on Business/Office Management or similar community service
  • Proficiency with office equipment including computer, fax, and copier
  • Ability to communicate effectively with pediatric and adult patients and families
  • Good computer skills
  • Knowledge of dental anatomy, basic dental instrumentation, and basic dental assisting
  • Customer service skills

Qualifications

  • AA Degree in Administration or Management preferred
  • Minimum of two (2) years of dental experience with an emphasis in Business/Office Management, or two (2) years' experience in the field of Dental or similar Community Service.

  • AA Degree in Administration or Management
  • Yup’ik/English bilingual (preferred)
  • Basic communication skills and knowledge of dental services (preferred)
