About This Role

The Travel Technician provides direct department support by acquiring transportation authorization and related services for all modes of travel, including emergent, non-emergent, charters, and scheduled commercial.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct department support for acquiring transportation authorization
• Provide related services for all modes of travel
• Handle emergent, non-emergent, charters, and scheduled commercial travel

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year experience in a customer service field with computers
• One year experience with Microsoft Office
• Proficiency with basic office equipment and computers
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year working in customer service field with computers. One (1) year working in Microsoft Office.
