The Travel Technician provides direct department support by acquiring transportation authorization and related services for all modes of travel, including emergent, non-emergent, charters, and scheduled commercial.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct department support for acquiring transportation authorization
- Provide related services for all modes of travel
- Handle emergent, non-emergent, charters, and scheduled commercial travel
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year experience in a customer service field with computers
- One year experience with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with basic office equipment and computers
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year working in customer service field with computers. One (1) year working in Microsoft Office.
