About This Role

As a Territory Sales Manager for the West Region, you will lead regional sales strategy, acquire new business, and strengthen partnerships for a global industrial group focused on mining and materials innovation. This commercially visible role offers autonomy and influence to drive success in the Western US.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business across the Western US, building long-term sales and securing key accounts
  • Lead commercial analysis, budget forecasting, and pricing strategy to maximize account profitability
  • Deepen customer engagement by aligning high-value solutions to complex process needs
  • Act as the commercial face of the business, owning relationships and negotiations across a large territory

Requirements

  • Proven success managing complex accounts in mining, materials, chemical manufacturing, building materials or heavy industry
  • Technical credibility through a Bachelor’s in Engineering, Chemistry, or similar
  • Strong commercial judgement with experience in value-based selling and margin improvement
  • Confidence to lead across diverse customer environments with significant travel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Engineering, Chemistry, or similar
  • Proven success managing complex accounts in mining, materials, chemical manufacturing, building materials or heavy industry. Experience in value-based selling and margin improvement.
