Join Barrel One Collective as a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth for a dynamic craft beverage portfolio. This role focuses on strategic sales leadership, account management, and brand building across Vermont and New Hampshire.
Responsibilities
- Lead regional sales strategy and market expansion initiatives
- Manage key distributor and retail relationships
- Grow distribution, visibility, and brand awareness across on- and off-premise accounts
- Conduct regular market visits (20–25 accounts weekly)
- Analyze sales data, manage inventory alignment, and ensure strong retail execution
- Execute tastings, promotions, festivals, and brand events
- Train accounts, distributor partners, and new sales team members
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve market goals
Requirements
- Ability to travel regularly
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
- Experience in craft beer, beverage, or alcohol sales
- Knowledge of the three-tier distribution system and alcohol regulations
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Passion for craft beer, hospitality, and brand storytelling
