About This Role

Join Barrel One Collective as a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth for a dynamic craft beverage portfolio. This role focuses on strategic sales leadership, account management, and brand building across Vermont and New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional sales strategy and market expansion initiatives
  • Manage key distributor and retail relationships
  • Grow distribution, visibility, and brand awareness across on- and off-premise accounts
  • Conduct regular market visits (20–25 accounts weekly)
  • Analyze sales data, manage inventory alignment, and ensure strong retail execution
  • Execute tastings, promotions, festivals, and brand events
  • Train accounts, distributor partners, and new sales team members
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve market goals

Requirements

  • Ability to travel regularly
  • Valid driver's license
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

Nice to Have

  • Experience in craft beer, beverage, or alcohol sales
  • Knowledge of the three-tier distribution system and alcohol regulations
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Passion for craft beer, hospitality, and brand storytelling
