About This Role

The Territory Sales Manager will drive growth for a leading vacation rental management company by identifying, engaging, and securing new vacation rental properties to expand its portfolio. This role requires a results-oriented sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure new vacation rental properties through phone outreach, email, social media, referrals, and in-person meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts to expand the company’s footprint in the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Utilize CRM tools and market data to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of success in business development and closing deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and technology-driven sales strategies.
