Temporary Billing Specialist

About This Role

Manage specialized billing processes for customers using third-party portals, ensuring accurate and compliant invoicing. This is an urgent, temporary fill role with a possibility for extension.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices through multiple third-party customer portals (approximately 20 different systems)
• Transfer billing information accurately from internal systems to external customer platforms
• Maintain organization across multiple portal logins, requirements, and billing cycles
• Track submission deadlines and follow up on invoice approvals
• Ensure compliance with each customer's specific invoicing requirements and formatting
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive billing tasks

Requirements

• Experience with multi-portal billing or customer-specific invoicing processes
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to manage complex workflows
• Strong attention to detail for accurate data transfer across systems
• Comfortable learning and navigating various third-party platforms
• Proficiency with billing software and portal-based systems
