Staff Accountant

About This Role

Support day-to-day accounting functions for a well-established organization, including preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements. This role offers long-term stability and growth for an early-career professional.

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, basic financial statements, and recurring filings
• Support payroll and benefits related administrative tasks
• Handle bank reconciliations, deposit reporting, and account maintenance
• Assist with budgeting, financial analysis, and general accounting projects
• Work closely with the Controller and a small, collaborative team

Requirements

• 0-2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent attitude - positive, reliable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
• 0-2+ years of accounting experience
