This role is a strategic recruitment and culture-building opportunity, spearheading the acquisition of top-tier talent for Altar'd State's growing brands. It involves full-cycle recruitment, ensuring a consistent and high-quality selection process, and acting as a brand ambassador to align candidates with the company's mission and standards.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs
- Model excellent service standards and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and attract high-caliber candidates who align with the mission and values
- Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools to ensure a consistent and high-quality selection process
- Manage a high-volume recruitment calendar, including coordination of interviews, panels, and candidate travel logistics
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all candidates are educated on and meet specific appearance and professionalism standards
- Serve as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidates, prioritizing open requisitions and managing communication
- Partner with leadership to translate growth goals into actionable hiring plans and diverse talent pipelines
- Facilitate the transition from candidate to associate, ensuring a guest-first experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Manage confidential candidate information with total discretion and ensure all hiring practices meet ethical and professional standards
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- High emotional intelligence
- Excellence in written correspondence and interpersonal communication
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and digital sourcing tools
- Alignment with Altar’d State’s mission and core values
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 or more years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in retail, fashion, or a mission-based company
