About This Role

This role primarily drives sales and ensures exceptional guest service by relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations, adhering to Revival service standards
• Acknowledge, interact with, and build relationships with guests to foster loyalty
• Communicate effectively with store management and guests
• Complete opening/closing procedures and tasks as directed by management with a guest focus
• Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization
• Perform register transactions quickly and efficiently, processing them accurately, and handling cash without error
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to ensure shortage control and protect Company assets
• Maintain a safe work environment and report any potential hazards to leadership
• Participate and assist in the preparation for the stores’ inventory
• Report to work as scheduled and record time worked accurately
• Assist in the construction of merchandising and window displays
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment
• Represent the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently
• Ability to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
