The Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader creates an exceptional guest experience by hiring, training, and developing a passionate team focused on authentic relationships. Responsibilities

• Cultivate a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs
• Model excellent service standards and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Recruit, train and develop a team to achieve individual, store, and company goals
• Foster team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions
• Manage the Mission Monday campaign to positively impact your community
• Hold self and the team accountable for achievement of P&L results and statistical standards
• Provide timely feedback, recognition, and rewards to associates, driving retention and performance

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality
• Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with knowledge in financial results, guest satisfaction, and employee relations
• Ability to maintain a beautiful environment with a keen eye for detail
• Genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with ability to react instinctively to revenue driven ideas
• Well-groomed and stylish appearance
• Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours a week including holidays, nights, and weekends
• Physical ability to perform tasks, including prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and occasionally climbing ladders
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1 year of Retail or Hospitality Management experience
