About This Role

This role involves leading the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and attract high-caliber candidates for a fast-growing retail company. You will focus on building diverse teams, anticipating staffing needs, and ensuring a positive candidate and guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and attract high-caliber candidates
  • Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools
  • Manage a high-volume recruitment calendar, including interview coordination and logistics
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates meet appearance and professionalism standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison between hiring leaders and candidates, prioritizing open requisitions
  • Partner with District Leaders and Field Recruiters to create actionable hiring plans and diverse talent pipelines
  • Facilitate the transition from candidate to associate, ensuring a guest-first experience
  • Master scheduling by balancing associate availability with business needs to maximize guest engagement
  • Onboard and train team members through company programs covering skills, guest experience, product knowledge, and operational excellence
  • Support training effectiveness by coaching team members, tracking completion, gathering feedback, and reinforcing expectations
  • Maintain training resources by keeping materials and documentation current and aligned with best practices
  • Cultivate a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs
  • Model excellent service standards and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in high-volume retail management or talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated track record of building high-performing, diverse teams
  • Deep understanding of store operations
  • Relentless Guest First mentality and infectious energy
  • Sharp eye for unique brand aesthetic and professional standards
  • Expert-level ability to navigate complex scheduling
  • Ability to translate staffing metrics and turnover data into actionable strategies

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in high-volume retail management or talent acquisition
