Seasonal Part Time Brand Representative

About This Role

The Brand Representative drives revenue and provides exceptional guest service by building relationships and sharing product knowledge. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean and well-maintained store environment and consistently achieving individual sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to service standards
• Acknowledge, interact, and build relationships with guests, fostering loyalty
• Communicate effectively with store management and guests
• Treat others fairly, with respect, and value differences
• Complete opening/closing procedures and sales associate tasks with a guest focus
• Locate merchandise effectively and maintain organization
• Perform register transactions quickly and efficiently, processing accurately and handling cash without error
• Adhere to loss prevention practices and report potential incidents to ensure shortage control
• Maintain a safe work environment and report potential hazards
• Participate and assist in the preparation for store inventory
• Report to work as scheduled and record time accurately
• Assist in the construction of merchandising and window displays
• Maintain a clean and presentable store environment
• Represent the brand by adhering to appropriate standards of dress and grooming

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting frequently
• Ability to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location
• Ability to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance
