Serve customers by ensuring a positive first and last impression, providing menu guidance, accurately processing orders, and supporting general restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Make memorable first and last impressions with a smile
• Use food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
• Answer the phone in a prompt and professional manner
• Demonstrate teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise
• Accurately process orders and accept payment
• Anticipate guests needs while ensuring each order is complete and correct
• Commit to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
• Able to work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping
• Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral vision
• Ability to adjust focus as needed
• Ability to work in areas with low or dim lighting
• Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol
