As a Busser, you will provide prompt and attentive service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience by cleaning and resetting tables, assisting with food and beverage delivery, and upholding cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities
- Bus, clean, and properly reset tables
- Have general knowledge of the food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell products
- Answer phones in a prompt and professional manner and direct calls
- Assist throughout the restaurant by delivering food and bar beverages, assisting with guests, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Maintain safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during the shift
