Busser

About This Role

As a Busser, you will support the restaurant by bussing, cleaning, and resetting tables, ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests. You will also assist with food and bar beverage delivery, answer phones, and upsell products.

Responsibilities

• Bus, clean, and properly reset tables
• Have general knowledge of the food and drink menu and be able to recommend and upsell products
• Answer phones in a prompt and professional manner and direct calls as applicable
• Assist throughout the restaurant by delivering food & bar beverages
• Assist Guests and ensure every opportunity to wow a customer is completed
• Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation standards, and all safety procedures during the shift
