About This Role

As a Busser, you will be an integral part of the Outback Steakhouse team, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with service, and upholding high sanitation standards. This role focuses on providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service to enhance each guest's day.

Responsibilities

• Bus, clean, and properly reset tables
• Possess general knowledge of the food and drink menu to recommend and upsell products
• Answer phones promptly and professionally, directing calls as applicable
• Assist throughout the restaurant by delivering food and bar beverages, and ensuring exceptional customer service
• Adhere to safe food handling, cleanliness, sanitation, and safety procedures during shifts
