About This Role

This role is responsible for providing an exceptional take-away experience by making memorable first and last impressions, using menu knowledge to assist guests, and accurately processing orders and payments. Success in this position ensures customer satisfaction and contributes to the restaurant's reputation.

Responsibilities

• Make memorable first and last impressions for guests
• Use food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
• Anticipate needs, process guests' orders, and take payment in a hospitable, timely manner
• Assemble and deliver orders with hospitality and a smile
• Commit to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties
• Responsible Beverage Service Certifications (can be completed during training, and up to 60 days after start date for California-based positions)
