About This Role

The Take Away position at Outback Steakhouse is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences by accurately processing orders, taking payments, and assembling and delivering food with a focus on hospitality and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Make memorable first and last impressions
• Use food and beverage menu knowledge to share favorites and provide recommendations
• Anticipate needs, process Guests' orders, and take payment in a hospitable, timely manner
• Assemble and deliver orders with hospitality and a smile
• Be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift

Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods of time while performing essential job duties

Nice to Have

• Responsible Beverage Service Certifications (for California positions)
