This internship provides a hands-on deep dive into the operations of a Parts or Service Department within a multi-state network of truck dealers. Interns will rotate through various positions, contribute to business initiatives, and complete a summer-long process improvement project.
Responsibilities
- Execute business initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in all facets of the dealership
- Utilize education, training, and experience to perform assigned job functions
- Rotate within the assigned department to understand business operations comprehensively
- Conduct a summer-long process improvement project
- Contribute to the business by rotating through each position in the department
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer months

- Graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university
