Join MHC's Operations Intern Program, a 12-week immersive experience designed to expose you to the inner workings of our Parts or Service Department. You will rotate through various positions, contributing to business operations and completing a process improvement project, serving as a pipeline into the full-time Management Trainee Program.
Responsibilities
- Execute business initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in all aspects of the dealership
- Utilize education, training, and experience to perform assigned job functions under close supervision
- Develop skills necessary to rotate within the assigned department for a comprehensive business understanding
- Conduct a summer-long process improvement project to make an impact on the business
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate degree program
- Willingness to work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks during the summer
Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a graduate or undergraduate degree at an accredited college or university
Nice to Have
