Join Aramark as a Student Food Services/Catering Worker to prepare and serve food items, maintain workstation sanitation, and provide excellent customer service at Shenandoah University.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly store food in accordance with standards
- Set up workstations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
- Break down, clean, and sanitize workstations
- Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating their needs
- Replenish food items and ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels
- Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
- Adhere to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
- Ensure security of company assets
Requirements
- Ability to acquire food safety certification
- Demonstrates guest service skills
Nice to Have
- Previous food service experience
