About This Role

Join our Rising Stars program as a Behavior Analyst in Training to work towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves providing early intervention therapy to children with autism and accruing supervision hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborate with BCBAs and team members to live ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Requirements

• Current BT or RBT certification
• Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
• Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours.
