This role will develop and implement clinically sound and engaging treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and deliver evidence-based therapy to help children with autism, with a focus on manageable caseloads and compassionate care. This position offers opportunities for career growth within clinical leadership, training, or research.
Responsibilities
- Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging for children with autism
- Supervise and Mentor RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to support consistent, high-quality care
- Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth in treatment
- Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
- Manage a caseload of up to 8 children to ensure quality care without burnout
- Participate in career growth and leadership tracks within the organization
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
