About This Role

This role will develop and implement clinically sound and engaging treatment plans, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and deliver evidence-based therapy to help children with autism, with a focus on manageable caseloads and compassionate care. This position offers opportunities for career growth within clinical leadership, training, or research.

Responsibilities

Develop Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging for children with autism
Supervise and Mentor RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) to support consistent, high-quality care
Collaborate with Families to set goals, track progress, and celebrate growth in treatment
Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment
Manage a caseload of up to 8 children to ensure quality care without burnout
Participate in career growth and leadership tracks within the organization

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
