About This Role

This role is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide family-centered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA will manage and supervise staff, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and train caregivers to facilitate meaningful change in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment goals.
  • Create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Lead monthly sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success.
  • Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field
  • Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams
