About This Role

This role is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and supervise individualized behavior support plans, mentor technicians, and collaborate with families to create meaningful impact for children with autism.

Responsibilities

Develop and supervise individualized behavior support plans
Mentor and guide behavior technicians
Complete assessments
Collaborate closely with families and interdisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful client outcomes
Facilitate staff trainings
Evaluate team performance
Help strengthen a collaborative and positive work environment
Attend IEP and IFSP meetings to support client advocacy and coordination of services

Requirements

Master's degree
Current BCBA certification
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
