Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About This Role

Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design behavior analytic interventions, providing supervision to ABA therapists. This role involves developing and implementing assessment and intervention methods across various environments and cases.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the instructional treatment team
• Provide consultation within schools in conjunction with administrators, child study team members, teachers, and other school personnel
• Participate in family meetings and conduct parent trainings
• Provide interactive therapeutic solutions to extinguish or minimize maladaptive behaviors
• Conduct behavior analysis to develop a functional, individualized behavioral program
• Provide direct training and supervision to the clinical support team
• Manage client data

Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
• Active BCBA Certification
• LBS Licensure (PA)
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• 2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
• Ability to conduct functional Behavioral Assessments
• Ability to create programs and Behavior Intervention plans
• Ability to complete skill assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS)
• Ability to provide parent training
• Practical support and leadership skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, special education, or related field
• 2+ years of experience working with children on the Autism spectrum
