About This Role

Join Bright Pathways ABA to deliver and oversee relationship-centered ABA therapy, guiding RBTs and working with families. Help shape the clinical model and company culture in a human-first approach to autism care.

Responsibilities

Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth
Guide and support RBTs as collaborators
Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful
Help shape the clinical model and company culture as the company grows

Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas

Nice to Have

Desire to help build a better system for therapy
Belief that therapy should feel personal, not procedural
Energized by doing things differently and humanely
