Join Bright Pathways ABA to deliver and oversee relationship-centered ABA therapy, guiding RBTs and working with families. Help shape the clinical model and company culture in a human-first approach to autism care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and oversee meaningful, relationship-centered ABA therapy in homes, communities, and via telehealth
- Guide and support RBTs as collaborators
- Work with families in ways that feel relational, empowering, and respectful
- Help shape the clinical model and company culture as the company grows
Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Texas
Nice to Have
