About This Role

This role is for a Student Analyst pursuing a Master's in Behavior Analysis, accruing supervision hours towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide early intervention therapy for children with autism, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
  • Shape the minds of children aged 18 months to 8 years old
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborate with BCBA's and a team dedicated to ABC’s core values
  • Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
  • Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Requirements

  • 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours) accrued
  • All Restricted hours completed
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
  • Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
  • Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours) and all restricted hours completed
