This role is for a Student Analyst pursuing a Master's in Behavior Analysis, accruing supervision hours towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will provide early intervention therapy for children with autism, collect data, and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shape the minds of children aged 18 months to 8 years old
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
- Collaborate with BCBA's and a team dedicated to ABC’s core values
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team
Requirements
- 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours) accrued
- All Restricted hours completed
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
- Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
