About This Role

Join our Rising Stars program as a Behavior Analyst in Training to provide early intervention therapy to children with autism and work towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will be integral in shaping the minds of young children and implementing individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
  • Shape the minds of children aged 18 months to 8 years old
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and a team dedicated to ABC’s core values
  • Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
  • Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Requirements

  • Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
  • Completed all Restricted hours
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
  • Experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
