About This Role

Join a leading ABA provider as a Student Analyst to gain supervised experience, working towards becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by providing early intervention therapy to children with autism.

Responsibilities

  • Accrue supervision hours towards BCBA certification
  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting to children aged 18 months to 8 years old
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and a team dedicated to ABC’s core values
  • Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
  • Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Requirements

  • Currently a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
  • Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
  • All restricted hours completed
  • Enrollment in an accredited Master's program

Qualifications

  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
