This Student Analyst role is for Master's level students pursuing behavior analysis, accruing supervision hours to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves providing early intervention therapy and shaping the minds of children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
- Shape the minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
- Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
- Collaborate with BCBA's and dedicated team members
- Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
- Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team
Requirements
- Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
- Completed all Restricted hours
- Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable Master's program
- Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) experience
