Student Analyst

About This Role

This Student Analyst role is for Master's level students pursuing behavior analysis, accruing supervision hours to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves providing early intervention therapy and shaping the minds of children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting
• Shape the minds of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old)
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborate with BCBA's and dedicated team members
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Requirements

• Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• Completed all Restricted hours
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable Master's program
• Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) experience

• Enrollment in an accredited applicable Master's program
