About This Role

This role is for a Behavior Analyst in Training (BCBA Intern) seeking to accrue supervision hours and gain experience in early intervention therapy for children with autism, with a clear path to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Responsibilities

• Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years old
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
• Collaborate with BCBA's and a team dedicated to ABC’s core values
• Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
• Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Requirements

• Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All Restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited Master's program
• Passion for helping children and commitment to excellence

Qualifications

• Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
