About This Role

Action Behavior Centers is looking for graduate-level Behavior Technicians or Registered Behavior Technicians to join their Rising Stars program. This role provides a clear path to becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by offering supervision hours and practical experience in early intervention therapy for children with autism.

Responsibilities

  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting to children ages 18 months to 8 years old
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and the team
  • Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
  • Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Requirements

  • Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
  • Completed all restricted hours
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program

Qualifications

  • Master's program in an accredited applicable program
