About This Role

Join a premier ABA provider for children with autism as a Student Analyst, accruing supervision hours to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves providing early intervention therapy and implementing individualized treatment plans in a center-based setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide early intervention therapy in a center-based setting for children aged 18 months to 8 years old
  • Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans for each child
  • Collaborate with BCBA’s and team members dedicated to ABC’s core values
  • Allocate 8 hours per week off direct care schedule to work on BDS modules
  • Sit for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining the team

Requirements

  • Accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
  • Completed all Restricted hours
  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
  • Experience as a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Qualifications

  • Proof of enrollment in an accredited applicable master's program
  • 1700+ fieldwork hours accrued, with all restricted hours completed
