About This Role

Drive GitLab's enterprise growth in the North region by enabling influential organizations to adopt, implement, and expand their use of the AI-powered DevSecOps platform. Lead complex digital and DevSecOps transformations while generating pipeline and ensuring long-term expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic growth by leading GitLab's enterprise accounts across the North as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Orchestrate winning sales strategies by collaborating with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Sales Development, Channel & Alliances, and technical specialists.
  • Shape the future of software development by crafting innovative solutions aligned with customer vision, compliance needs, and business objectives.
  • Build deep, strategic partnerships by mastering customer industry landscapes, success metrics, and growth trajectories.
  • Design and execute strategic account plans, including opportunity mapping, stakeholder alignment, and multi-threaded engagement.
  • Lead end-to-end customer journeys from initial discovery through evaluation, negotiation, and successful implementation.
  • Champion continuous improvement by contributing to forecasting and pipeline reviews, conducing win/loss analyses, and sharing strategic insights.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling customer-facing and internal presentations, proposals, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers
  • Background selling into large, strategic enterprise accounts in the North United States
  • Knowledge of the North enterprise market
  • Ability to drive new business acquisition and expansion within enterprise accounts
  • Experience collaborating with channel and strategic partners
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to use GitLab and Salesforce in daily work
  • Ability to travel as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience driving complex B2B software sales cycles with enterprise customers, ideally in DevSecOps, software development tools, or adjacent SaaS solutions.
