Manage relationships, renew existing business, and generate new business within assigned key accounts. Drive sales growth, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all sites.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage overall customer relationships across assigned accounts
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships for large growth and retention accounts
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and offer value-added services
- Monitor operational metrics across all key account sites
- Track competitor actions and formulate appropriate response strategies
- Drive sales growth and revenue goals; maintain responsibility for customer P&L
- Lead global or regional strategy and implementation for large accounts
- Proactively monitor customer satisfaction through regular engagement
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and FSC operational activities (pricing, contracts)
- Facilitate executive engagement and leverage organizational resources for customer success
- Maintain documented account strategy (e.g., Gold Sheet) for assigned accounts
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of supply chain or 3PL sales experience
- Demonstrated success in achieving major account sales goals and executing customer strategies
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of customer retention and satisfaction
- Consistent performance in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strategic planning and sales management expertise
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or high school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
- Minimum of 8 years of supply chain or 3PL sales experience required
